Absolutely loved it! Made it exactly as instructed. Don’t rush and make sure to marinate overnight. I used a cast iron skillet for the oven portion and hubby and I found ourselves sopping up the remaining pan juices it was that good. Served it w a fresh crusty loaf of bread and a glass of Chardonnay. If you are looking for another side I would suggest a savory rice.
