- 12 oz. lo mein noodles (Chinese style, cooked according to the package directions)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 6 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided in half)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast (skinless, boneless, and cut into 1 inch cubes, 4 cups)
- 2 cups carrots (cut into matchsticks or you can buy pre-packaged)
- 1 white onion (small, halved and sliced thin, 1 1/2 cup)
- 1 red bell peppers (seeded and thinly sliced)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup sugar snap peas (fresh)

- 2 green onions (sliced thin on the bias, optional garnish)
