Simple and yummy! Had to resort to beef broth because it’s all I had on hand but it turned out just as good. Make sure you are super slow in pouring the lemon/egg mixture, I got some yolks. That’s at the fault of my impatience 😆

Flavor wise - tasted really good!
i accidentally used too much chicken so my portions of chicken to rice were off. i also used two regualr sized lemons... they were not small, pretty average sized and the lemon flavor was great.
what i was disappointed about was that it was not thicker. it was a pretty runny soup.

Just doesn’t taste right. I used two medium/large lemons and it was way too much. Pretty bummed
