- 2 cups heavy cream (or Half/Half)

I love this chicken and make it often. I've made a few adjustments, mainly because as much as I love butter, I found the 1/4 cup to be too much. I use 3 tbs olive oil & 3 cloves of garlic when cooking the chicken. I periodically add a bit more beef broth to the pan as the liquid cooks off. I use 2% or whole milk, no cornstarch & only 1 tbs butter. To get the creaminess and hint of flavor I add 2 oz of Neufchatel cheese. I reserve some of the seasoning mix and add it to the sauce towards the end.
