- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated black pepper
- 3 nutmeg (grinds fresh)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 oz. prosciutto (diced into small pieces)

- 4 oz. flour (shy of one cup)
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce (we like Cholula)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 nutmeg (grinds fresh)
- 1 lb. provolone cheese (sliced deli)
