turned out great.
i added garam masala, chili powder and saffron to the spices.
also added potato and peas to the sauce and slow cooked for 4 hrs.
served with coconut rice and naan bread

I absolutely love this recipe! It worked so well, you can definetely use more than a pound of chicken as well.
