These Kiev’s turned out well. I didn’t have lemons or lemon juice to add but it doesn’t need it and will make it again without. I missed the step of refrigerating the butter mix because I made an insert at the top of the chicken to cut a pocket inside the centre in stead of putting the butter in the middle of the chicken and putting toothpicks in to hold together as I thought the butter would stay inside the chicken better and it did :)
