- 1/2 cup celery (diced, didnt use celery I hate it)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups half & half
- 2 cups chicken (cooked white meat, shredded or cut into small bites)
- 1 lb. potato gnocchi (Found this at target)
- 3 cups baby spinach (fresh, stems removed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped, I didnt use this)
