    Made this and everyone LOVED it!!!! I made it ahead of time decided not to add the gnocchi until we were ready to eat, so the day we ate it, I brought it back to a boil and added the gnocchi just before eating it. Was worried they wouldn’t be good if they sat too long. 5 stars!
    Came out good, next time I’ll se half the thyme, not a huge fan of thyme

    Delicious!!!! This was absolutely wonderful and easy to make! I used half and half to make it a little thicker. I also used two chicken breasts cooked and shredded them and sprinkled them with the McCormick rotisserie seasoning. This soup has AMAZING flavor! Definitely one of our favorites! Will be making again!

    Quick and easy recipe. I didn’t use shallots and added 3-4 cups of rotisserie chicken, 6 cups of broth, and doubled the spices minus the salt. Not bad for a winter day meal.

    This came out super tasty! I replaced the rotisserie chicken with baked chicken breasts with similar seasoning, and had some leftover heavy whipping cream that I replaced the whole milk with. It does make a very large amount of soup but I’m hoping it freezes well!

    Yumm. Would definitely recommend this recipe! We halved the recipe and it was still too much for two people. We now have lunch for tomorrow as well! We also used 2% milk rather than whole just to save ourselves a smidge. 🙂

    This recipe was great. I used chicken bullion cubes instead of broth and I didn’t have onion on hand. I would make this again. This recipe makes a good amount. It isn’t a 4 bowls of soup and it’s done kinda recipe.

    If you want to make a delicious soup that warms you up, fills your belly and makes you feel better this is it! Short on time or don’t have a lot of energy you can still make this work. This is the kind of soup that tastes like it takes all day to make but seriously took me about 30 minutes total. The prep is even easier if you have a food processor you can throw the fresh veggies in. Serves about 8. Everyone loved it ♥️

    this soup is delicious, i did some things slightly different like homemade broth, no thyme, no shallot, and 2% milk instead of whole milk but it didnt make it any less amazing! would make again

    Everybody loved this! We didn’t have whole milk so I had to substitute 2%. It took longer to cook because I had to use flour to thicken it but the end result was still very flavorful. I would make this again

    Delicious!😋 i didnt put as much carrots and i used chicken thighs i cooked myself...this recipe made a lot and since its only me and my husband i will cut recipe in half next time 😊

    Soup was very delicious I changed it by adding zucchini, yellow squash and chopped tomatoes and chicken breast as I didn’t have spinach will make with the next time

    Delicious! I didn’t use the shallot and next time I might use a little less gnocchi. Makes enough to share with someone who needs a meal.
    I loved it! I used 1 1/2 cups whole milk and half a cup of heavy cream and it was delicious. Close to the Olive Garden recipe I always order. ** I didn’t use the shallot.**

    This was very good, but the shallot overpowered it. I will definitely make it again, but since the recipe also calls for onion, it doesn’t need the shallot.

    I liked the gnocchi and veggies, but in my opinion a rotisserie chicken was completely wrong for this meal. In the future I'll probably just season and cook my own chicken (probably breasts), then shred it and add it to the soup. I also thought it could've been a bit more flavorful, but I'll probably just tweak the spices, I don't always measure those exactly by the recipe and more just go by taste, so I can't say the recipe was at fault there.
