Beautiful and no more difficult than the original gluten version. I didnt have a few of the ingrediants so I used almond flour instead of the white rice and used brown rice flour instead of tapioca starch. The breading came out perfectly crisp, not burnt and had a mild almond flavor with a strong pepper taste. The gravy I used rice flour for and it was very flavorful.
