Demasiado deliciosa, hasta hoy, no me encantaba el quinoa, pero esta receta lo cambió todo.

This was my first time making any sort of Asian food. I was intimidated at first but it ended up being pretty easy. I made this for meal prep for this weeks lunches.

Good.
Added some capsicum to use up extra veggies. Tastes just like fried rice!

We had fun making this in the wok. It was very flavorful. A satisfying meal. Even my husband, who turns his nose up at quinoa, enjoyed it.

This recipe is delicious! My whole family enjoyed it, my kids didn't even noticed it wasn't rice. Will definitely make this again!
