Excellent recipe and directions, recommend a warm oven to keep the chicken until all the pieces are done. It's important to only do a few at a time so they cook evenly. Thereisnt much sauce so either half more or doubling it would be good. I used easy lendflour to help thicken the sauce. Enjoy. April 2024- made this again following the above and man it was perfect. I served it with English Roasted Potatoes ( potatoes are peeled and boiled for just five minutes - then drained and tossed roughly with salt, pepper and a good olive oil - then roasted at 375 for 1.5 hours ( yes 90 minutes) and turned and basted with oil, salt, pepper every 20 minutes - best potato you may ever eat……………………………. and I made a dish “ Asparagus, half cherry tomatoes, balsamic and Parmesan - roasted in the already hot oven for about 15 minutes - all flavours complimented the dish.
