- 1/2 tsp. jalapeno (powder)

- 1 lemon (large, or lime)
- 1/2 cup oil (I used half grapeseed and half olive oil)
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
- chicken breast (were sliced 1/2 inch thick)
- 3 poblano (Assorted peppers, anahiem, red bell, green bell peppers, sliced into strips)
- 1 sweet onion (large, sliced into strips)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- flour tortillas (no bigger than 6 inches in diameter)
- pico de gallo (or your favorite salsa)
- crema (or sour cream)
- 20 large shrimp (peeled and cleaned, tails on)
- salt
- cracked pepper (fresh)
- chipotle powder
- jalapeno
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder (granulated)
- olive oil
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno (chopped fine)
- 4 Tbsp. silver tequila
