Really great. I added a little cream cheese to the mix and melted it all in. I used about double the seasoning. Wonderful!

Fabulous! There’s so many other fajita meats-steak,shrimp, etc. that will work with this too! YUMMLY!

Delicious! I ended up using Spanish rice instead of the cauliflower rice but everything else was exactly as recipe said. So much flavor and easy to make!

Not too shabby. I just sprinkled with cumin and chile powder instead of the fajita seasoning. I threw some bacon in, too, which is always a plus.

Bought the fajita seasoning packet, used more than what’s called in the recipe but still very bland and doesn’t have any taste

Tasted great! Healthy alternative to taco night! Customize it with sour cream, avocado, and/or salsa!

I really enjoyed the chicken fajita stuff peppers. I’ll definitely cook them again. Next time when I Make my own fajita seasoning I’ll put a little less chilly in, all told they went down with the family.

chicken was bland and felt like it could've used more seasoning but overall was delicious. loved substituting rice for cauliflower

I have made these three or four times. They are awesome! The fajita seasoning is the best recipe I have found and I use it whenever I need a good spice mix, whether chicken or veg or whatever. Five stars!

Ended up substituting carrot rice and tilapia in, but kept all the seasonings the same overall. Very delicious! Paired well with the cilantro-lime crema I made.

Excellent! Hubby didn’t even notice that there wasn’t any rice (phew). Cut the recipe in half since there is just the two of us. Instead of stuffing whole peppers, I cut them in half since easier to eat then topped with homemade guacamole and sour cream. Since we like more spice, used all the fajita spice I made using the link provided but next time will add more cayenne to the mix. Meanwhile we added TaPatio hot sauce to bump it up a notch. Will definitely make again.

They were great - was not sure about the cauliflower rice but could not tell the difference and yet was healthier for us!!! Was a little bland though next time would add the cheese before baking instead of just on top.
