A definite winner, this was delicious! Used a wet fajita mix as that's what they have at Giant, and used Grands biscuits because Giant does not carry regular sized ones.

It turned out great. I would just suggest possibly adding the chicken onto the dough instead of the other way around. I add cayenne pepper when sautéing the peppers and it still came out really good

Tastes great! There's not a lot to it, and the consistency variation between biscuit and fajita is a little odd, but definitely a decent choice for a simple pseudo-Mexican dish!
