Made this without the chicken as a side dish for a large family gathering. It was pretty easy and solid enough. Kind of interesting flavor combinations, a little heavy on the lime for my taste, but it brightened it up. Doritos stayed crunchy throughout the gathering, which was all I hoped for. Probably closer to a 3.5/5, but I'd consider making this again if I had an opportunity suited for it.

Made this several times now. This time I coated raw chicken with Adobe seasoning and baked for 20mins at 350degrees . Let chicken cool down before cutting into bite size pieces. Mixed all ingredients together except Doritos. Chicken has better flavoring. I did not have bow tie pasta, but substituted another same good result .

Left out the cilantro because it's not really our thing and it tasted delicious! definitely going to make this again.

This salad had so much potential with all of the many ingredients, but the flavor fell a bit flat.

What a hit!!!! I was nervous when mixing the lime juice and tasting it, but when adding it to the mixture with everything else, it is amazing!!!! Will be making again!
