- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- lime juice
- chopped fresh cilantro (Optional Garnishes: sliced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips)

Was soooo good made enough for 6 and we still have half left over! I’m a beginner cooker and I found this to be fairly simple and fun to make! Thanks for the great recipe going into my favorites!

It turned out really good I added some Cajun seasoning of my own to give a little kick. But overall it taste really good !

Turned out great. I think the corn flour (masa harina) really gives it the professional flavor. Replaced the water with chicken broth to speed up the cooking time. My spouse raved about it. I will make it again.

This is delicious and easy to make, and the masa really gives it enchilada flavor. We topped ours with lime juice (absolute necessity), cilantro and crumbled queso fresco. It makes a huge batch, and doesn't really lend itself to being halved because a single can of several ingredients is used. I may try to freeze some of the leftovers....

Made this today and I followed the recipe to the T except for the cumin because I don’t like it that much... came out very delish! Definitely keeping this in rotation. Thank you.

I haven’t tried many enchilada soups in my lifetime but I don’t think I will need to. This soup is amazing!
