Easy to put together. So much easier than rolling each enchilada and just as delicious. I did precook the tortillas in the oven. I used Hatch green Chilies which are a little spicy and delicious

These are quite tasty! Not dry at all.
The only things I would do different next time is lightly toast the tortillas on a comal (flat griddle), layer the casserole so that the tortillas start the layering process, & add some cayenne pepper for some spiciness.
