Very good and easy to make. The Mexican rice paired this well. I added more chicken about 4 cups and followed every step, it turned out perfect.

Excellent and easy. I substituted black beans and added a small can of green chilis and frozen corn! Great weeknight meal!

This was super easy and super tasty. I did add chopped onion. And topped with a little lettuce, olive and sour cream

It was so good! I added a can of corn and a can of rotel, and used pinto beans instead of refried. I will definitely be making this again!
