Good base recipe for breaded chicken cutlets. I think the mayonnaise made for a moist flavorful chicken

soooooo easy and fantastic. i didnt use the wine and made three with mayo and three with egg wash.

I loved this recipe and it will become a mainstay for me. Using the mayonnaise really made the chicken moist. I just seasoned my bread crumbs mix with the cheese, with s&p, a little Tarragon and Parsley. Very Good.
