    Was ok but too much liquid to thicken. Will try again with more rice and fresh ginger. I used half chicken broth to water and dried ginger. Dressed up with tamari and sri racha it did the trick.

    Easy to do with the instant pot. I needed this, for I was suffering from a brutal head cold. This is perfect!

    it was great! i added part chicken broth instead of all water. But it's a delicious simple meal for when your sick or even on a cold day.
