- 4 cups rolls (cubed, original recipe said sourdough but all I could find was white. Either will work)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup white wine (OR 1 cup buttermilk, I had buttermilk to use up so I used that)
- 10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (drained and chopped jarred)
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
