Very good. Just making notes to repeat later. Used asparagus, red, green and yellow bell peppers, red onion, radish and zucchini. Green onions too. Sauce is delicious.

I have made it this recipe twice now. The first time I followed the cooking instructions the second time I did it in the slow cooker and it turned out just as good. I added bean sprouts to it because I love them. Fantastic flavour absolutely loved it
