this was a good dish and easy to prepare. i actually didn't remove the chicken from the pan like the recipe suggests. i just browned it then added the other ingredients and let the chicken cook while the rest did. i omited the jalapeno bcause i didnt have one and instead used two step seasoning. the whole family liked it. its nice to i have a chicken chii that isnt green. will make again
