Ingredients

- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning (homemade)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 15 oz. red beans (drained)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 1/2 cups roasted chicken (shredded)
- 6 oz. frozen peppers and onions

Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the tomato paste, plus 1 cup water.
- Stir in the homemade taco seasoning and chili powder. Add the red beans, black beans and canned tomatoes with green chilies. Stir through, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken. Let simmer 15 minutes.
