- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (– cut into 1 inch or smaller chunks)
- 1 1/2 cups peas (frozen baby)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 sticks sweet cream butter (unsalted)
- 8 oz. dressing (herbed, mix, I used Pepperidge farm)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom or cream of celery)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
