  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups chicken (cooked shredded, rotisserie works great)
  • 1 romaine (heart, torn into bite size pieces, I used romaine salad mix)
  • 4 tortillas (large, or wraps, whole wheat would be awesome)
