- 1 chicken breast (halved and grilled, totally forgot to put it in this shot)

- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 avocados (small, sliced)

- freshly ground black pepper
- 15 oz. chickpeas ([or garbanzo beans])

- 1 Tbsp. herb (and garlic seasoning)
- 8 oz. bowtie pasta
- sea salt ([for pasta water])
- 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 chicken breast (or 2 chicken breast halves, grilled [leftovers are fine])
- 1 Caesar salad dressing (recipe greek yogurt)
- 2 avocados (small ripe, sliced)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (freshly, divided)
