- 1 lb. Tyson® Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- In a shallow bowl combine the flour, parsley and paprika. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Panko bread crumbs, cayenne pepper sauce, sage, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dust patties on both sides with the flour mixture. Cook patties 6-8 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.

I would make it again. The only thing I did differently is I put some different seasoning in my flour with a little bit of buttermilk and mixed it. I also dunked the patties in buttermilk first. I also only got 5 patties out of the 1lb of ground chicken.
