- 1/4 cup brandy (Or White Wine, can Use Chicken Broth As A Substitute)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard (Grainy)
- 1/3 cup chicken broth (Plus More If Needed For Thinning)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
