this was so good! the stuffed jalapeno really complimented the bbq sauce. just an awesome combo. i like heat but i think i had the hottest jalapeno pepper ive ever had in my life... could not quite eat all of the pepper. still very delicious!

Delicious!! Used artichoke/jalepeno dip to fill the peppers as there wasn’t any cream cheese to be had for the Super Bowl. Still turned out great, the bbq sauce is a must.

Turned out great and I used boneless, skinless thighs since my jalapenos are just starting in the garden and they are small - worked out great!

I gave it a 4 because I think the jalapeños should have been roasted or something beforehand. They stayed very crunchy and did not release much flavor. We ate them again as leftovers and microwaved them and this softened the jalapeño just enough to get some flavor out. Will definitely make again.

I used pickled whole jalapenos instead of raw. Also- hammering the chicken made the slits come completely apart. i will probably half flatten before cutting next time. Other then that they were yummy!
