Was looking for a recipe to use up the leftover rotisserie chicken and this is a keeper for sure! I added a can of drained diced tomatoes and swapped the mozzarella for pepper jack. Plan to make again very soon!

This was far far far better than I expected it to be. I only wanted a recipe to use up my shredded chicken, this recipe was soooo good. I’m keeping it for sure. This isn’t diet friendly but wow is it a good guilty pleasure dish/I want something naughty but I don’t wanna do takeout. Try it!
