- 1/2 cup Smucker’s Natural Tart Cherry Fruit Spread
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or low-fat mayonnaise)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives (sliced)
- 6 slices bacon (uncooked, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup apple (peeled, cored and finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tsp. montreal steak seasoning (divided)
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (plain)
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 English muffins (split and toasted)

Directions
- COMBINE fruit spread, mayonnaise and chives in small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- COOK bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Add apples, onions and 1 teaspoon steak seasoning. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to large bowl. Cool 10 minutes.
- HEAT grill to medium-high. Crumble ground chicken over bacon mixture. Add bread crumbs, egg, mustard and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning; mix well. Shape into 6 (3 1/2-inch diameter) patties.
- GRILL 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 170°F. Top with cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted.
- SERVE burgers on English muffins with lettuce, red onion and Cherry-Chive Mayonnaise.
