- 1/2 avocado (a ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)

- 1/4 cup water

- 6 cups greens (your choice, I used a mix of kale, spinach and green leaf lettuce but you can use romaine too)
- 1/4 lb. rotisserie chicken (or leftover, cut into chunks)
- 1/2 avocado (cut into small chunks)
