Sure, US measurements? Ha!. What the heck's 300 grams of chicken! Had to look it up. C'mon! That said, I assume spraying the pan with oil means we can use PAM? Anybody know! I did notice the seasoning was nil, so I added some Creole, nuked a spoonful to taste it, amended it.

Very bland recipe. I added chopped cilantro, curry powder, garlic powder, a dash of cayenne and salt and pepper. Also used ground chicken in place of shredded.
Its a good basic idea though and you can customize the flavors to your liking.
The avocado dip should be more like a guacamole or lemon avocado basil pesto. I served mine with red pepper hummus.
