    Delicious & easy! Recommend baking longer than allotted time so potatoes soften. They come out crunchy. after 25 min in the oven. Needed to reheat the dish the next day.

    The green beans need to cook a bit longer before it all goes in the oven. Other than that it turned out good

    How about skipping a few steps?. Potatoes take 12 min. Chicken 12 min. So throw potatoes in with chicken and cook 11 min then throw in beans for last min. Drain except for the liquid using in casserole pan then toss all in casserole pan and bake.

    Delicious, it was yummy. I modified the seasoning. Used adobo, fresh garlic and saltfree southwest Chipotle to season chicken and potatoes. Saute chicken in olive oil and then added water to the drippings and poured over the chicken, potatoes and green beans.

    I should have covered when I put in the oven, chicken was a little dry. Not a ton of flavor but a decent dinner.
