- 8 salad leaves (you can also use lettuce)
- 12 plums (sliced)
- 8 slices bread (wholegrain)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- chili sauce
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Cut the chicken in half. Then cut each piece in half again lengthwise, so that you will get 4 even pieces of chicken.
- Pound the chicken pieces to tenderize and to make the same thickness for even cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper, a few drops of chili sauce and a drizzle of olive oil. Let the meat marinate for 15 min.
