- 600 grams cottage cheese (reduced-fat)
- 1/2 cup milk (trim)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 4 cups spinach leaves (chopped)
- 250 grams lasagne sheets (dried)
- chopped fresh herbs (to garnish, optional)
