- 1 tsp. rubbed sage (or ½ tsp dried sage)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 100 grams suet (/3½oz)
- 5 floz milk
- 1 knob butter (for greasing)

Love this recipe! Left out the mustard (because I don't like it) and replaced it with some chili flakes instead, and it turned out great! Really like that there was no need for cream, as it still came out creamy and didn't feel as unhealthy... Will be cooking it again soon.
