  • 250 grams potatoes (baby, chat, thinly sliced)
  • 400 milliliters coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 cup coriander (cilantro leaves)
  • 1/2 cup cashews (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 chilli (red bird’s-eye, thinly sliced)
  • steamed rice (optional, to serve)

    Terrible - we had to throw this out! Eating cheese sandwiches for dinner 😡 Perhaps the pastes are difference concentrations?! This was overpowering and salty as if too much paste has been used despite following the recipe
