2 cups of chicken broth wasn't enough liquid for our ninja pressure cooker. I'd recommend cooking the pasta first in more liquid, draining & adding the rest of the ingredients to finish. The noodles burned and weren't all the way done. Might be a different Instant Pot from provided recipe's but needs more liquid to turn out.
