- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (dark)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. mustard prepared (yellow)
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rub seasoning (barbecue dry)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (dark)
- 1 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (granulated)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- 1. Turn oven to 450ºF
- 2. Peel and skin ribs
- 3. Cover generously with 1-2 tablespoons of BBQ spice rub
