I’ve always wanted to try chia pudding…finally did it….Not sure Why I waited so long. This recipe is delicious ! Super easy to make and lots of different ways to prepare it .I will definitely be making this again thank you.

I had never tried chia pudding before, so I chose this simple recipe. It was good!
It wasn't as thick as I imagined, and it looked like weird grey mush, so my girlfriend made a Face at it. A lot of it was straight-up scooping seeds, which made me feel like I was shoveling fiber into my mouth. Nonetheless, it was a tasty light breakfast that almost felt like eating oatmeal or drinking a smoothie.
I'd like to make it again trying different suggestions, like blending it or using different toppings. :)

Easy and good. Best if done overnight. Substitute truvia/vanilla extract for low carb.

Tasted great and super easy to make! I will be making this again for sure! I'm curious to try with a few modifications
