- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup country crock spread
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 cups corn flakes or bran flakes cereal, crushed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl; set aside.
- Beat Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter with Spread in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in sugars, then eggs and vanilla until blended. Beat in flour mixture, then stir in cereal.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. If desired, press one additional cereal square in center of each cookie.
- Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Let stand 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
