these are super yummy and i could snack on them 24/7! only issue was after letting it sit for an hour it was still very crumbly, so i put it in the freezer to see if that would help but after all of that they didn’t harden like they were supposed to. i followed the recipe exactly, so it might help to add a little more peanut butter! i crumbled it up and i’ve been using it as granola and i love it! definitely recommend making these!
