Delicious, although I did change it up; didn’t spread out I think because of the extra ingredients; toasted chop pecans, I wanted another layer of texture to complement toasted coconut.
I’ll make them again for sure.

just right, and I don't like anything with coconut usually, except for fresh raw coconut.

Yummm....making it for the third time. Great with white or dark chocolate chips or topped with cherries. Mine rise a lot more than the ones in the picture.

Doubled the recipe and added green food dye and a cup of dried cherries! Merry Christmas!

They were DELICIOUS! The best cookies I’ve made. I already made the recipe four times! They just disappear. I’ve passes it on to so many friends. I know it by heart now. Yummly is so much fun. Gracie

These were rockin good. I used 1 cup sweetened coconut and 1/2 cup unsweetened. If you like coconut you'll love these.
