This was the worst cookie I have ever made I would not recommend anyone taking on this challenge

This is my favorite cookie recipe I have found thus far. i don't like coconut flakes so i added a little coconut sugar instead. The recipe stated it makes 12 but i only made 7 small cookies. I can easily eat them all though! Ha! I will triple the recipe next time.

Loved these and so did my boyfriend who is not allergic to gluten (like me). I cut the sugar back slightly and used sweetened coconut since I already had it. Super easy and delicious!

Not a fan of these cookies. They just don't have that much flavor and they're not soft or crunchy, just "sticky" in a chewy way...

Not bad for an eggless cookie! I didn't have coconut oil, so I used ghee and it tasted just as good.

This recipe worked out great with a few modifications for my diet. I used an equal amount of xylitol instead of honey and added two beaten egg whites to add moisture. My favorite is to add the zest of a lime, I call it my margarita cookie!
