Amazing!! Soft and chewy and great ginger flavor. Might try dark chocolate next time.

Delicious...I used dark and milk chocolate chunks. Next time I am going to try adding a little white chocolate and candied ginger as well. I didnt dissolve the baking soda like the recipe suggested but I wasnt dissapointed at how they turned out. Next time I will follow the recipe to the letter.
