These were really chewy and delicious! I didn’t have almond flour so used almond meal instead. I substituted about a third of the 120ml honey with maple syrup. I also added in some desiccated coconut. Will be making these again and again! (Also they were a little tinged around the edges after 8 minutes, still really yummy, but with a fan forced oven might reduce the temp to 165 celcius next time).

Loved these and more importantly my kids loved them! Will definitely make again. They have a nice light almond honey flavor and soft chewy texture.

this was great raw and is great cooked, it is a little to much of a honey taste, but other than that it is great.

yum! I'd like to experiment by adding a "flax egg" to bind it a little more.

This recipe is fantastic! Easily adjusted, is actually chewy, and comes together very quickly. I’ve been doubling the batch and subbing one cup almond flour for oat flour. This flour mix makes the cookie firmer, but you don’t totally lose the chew. I just did it for some cost savings

Made these with my toddler because all the ingredients were safe in case toddler decided to taste everything. Did not expect much other than to bake together, but ended up really enjoying the flavor. Also so easy to clean up and using one bowl was a bonus. Not to mention, they’re healthier alternative to regular cookies and with great flavor.

They turned out really good! I can’t eat a ton in a sitting but I like them! I added a little more coconut oil spread to help the dough form better! I might have made some of the dough balls smaller than some some I ended up with about 20 cookies! This was great for my cookie fix!

Super yummy!!! Couldn’t believe how deliciously chewy they were! I threw in some dark chocolate morsels and it made it even better. Highly recommend!

Generally, pretty good. One of the batches I baked had burnt bottoms. The other batch was over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. I also didn’t have enough honey, so I used maple syrup for half of it. Also, mine were pretty salty. I would add a scant 1/2 teaspoon next time. Other than that, they tasted pretty good. I recommend these and would make them again. The batter was so good before even baking them that a quarter of it went into my mouth! Love these!
