- 4 pieces dried plum (alu bukhara [optional])
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (finely)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 2 Tbsp. ghee
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (finely, / coriander leaves for garnishing, optional)
